1. 服务说明
本软件是一款由 Cangis 开发、在用户本机运行的桌面应用，提供 AI 辅助的社交媒体内容创作、素材管理、多平台发布、账号养号与流量统计等功能。本软件不向用户提供任何托管式云端服务，你的数据存储在你的本机。
2. 许可授予
在遵守本协议的前提下，Cangis 授予你一项非独占、不可转让、不可再许可的个人使用许可，允许你为自身合法用途安装和使用本软件。你不得对本软件进行反向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码，除非适用法律明确允许。
3. 账号与凭证
- 你在本软件中绑定第三方平台账号并授权本软件代为操作（包括发布内容与养号）。绑定即表示你确认该账号归你所有或你已获得合法使用授权。
- 你应妥善保管本软件中的平台凭证与本地主密钥。因你自身保管不善导致凭证泄露的，责任由你自行承担。
- 你授权本软件使用你的凭证执行你配置的自动化任务；请勿在未经授权的情况下绑定或操作他人账号。
4. 使用规范
你承诺在使用本软件时遵守法律法规及平台规则，不得利用本软件从事下列行为：
- 制作、传播违反法律、法规或公序良俗的内容；
- 侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权、名誉权等合法权益；
- 发布垃圾信息、虚假宣传或实施网络诈骗；
- 干扰、破坏第三方平台正常运行或规避其风险控制机制（本软件提供的养号功能仅用于正常账号运营）。
因你的内容或行为违反前述规范导致的封号、限流、处罚等后果，由你自行承担。
5. 平台合规责任
各平台对账号注册、内容发布与自动化操作均有各自的规则。你应自行确保：你使用本软件创作与发布的内容符合目标平台的内容规范；你使用自动化功能符合平台规则与当地法律。Cangis 不对你在任何平台上的账号状态（包括封禁、限流）负责。
6. 第三方服务
本软件的部分功能依赖你自行配置的第三方大模型服务（如 OpenAI 兼容接口、Lovart、LibTV）以及第三方平台（如抖音、小红书、Instagram 等）。这些第三方服务由其各自的提供商独立运营，其服务可用性、内容审核与数据处理行为不属于 Cangis 控制范围。
7. 知识产权
本软件（包括代码、界面、文档及相关素材）的知识产权归 Cangis 及其许可方所有。你使用本软件创作的内容，其知识产权归你（或你授权的权利人）所有；你同意授予本软件为完成发布等功能所必需的、非独占的使用权利。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
- 本软件按"现状"提供。在法律允许的范围内，Cangis 不对软件适用性、准确性或特定用途做任何明示或暗示担保。
- AI 生成内容可能存在错误、偏差或不准确之处，发布前请自行审核；因使用 AI 生成内容产生的任何争议与损失，由你自行负责。
- 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Cangis 不对因使用或无法使用本软件造成的间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。
9. 变更与终止
我们可能不时更新本软件或本协议。重大变更将在本页面公示或以其他方式通知你。你可以随时停止使用并卸载本软件；若你严重违反本协议，我们有权终止你使用本软件的许可。
10. 法律适用与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向 Cangis 所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to Berise (the "Software"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Software. By installing, using or continuing to use the Software, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the Software.
1. Service description
The Software is a desktop application developed by Cangis that runs on your own machine, providing AI-assisted social content creation, asset management, multi-platform publishing, account warming and traffic analytics. The Software does not provide any hosted cloud service — your data stays on your machine.
2. License grant
Subject to these terms, Cangis grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable personal license to install and use the Software for your own lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. Accounts and credentials
- When you bind third-party platform accounts and authorize the Software to act on your behalf (including publishing and warming), you confirm that you own the account or are duly authorized to use it.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your platform credentials and your local master key. Loss or leakage caused by your own negligence is your responsibility.
- You authorize the Software to use your credentials for the automated tasks you configure. Do not bind or operate accounts you are not authorized to use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform rules while using the Software, and not to:
- Create or distribute content that violates laws, regulations or public order and morals;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, reputation or other rights of others;
- Publish spam, false advertising or commit online fraud;
- Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of third-party platforms or circumvent their risk-control mechanisms (the warming feature is for legitimate account operation only).
Bans, throttling or other consequences caused by your content or behavior are your own responsibility.
5. Platform compliance
Each platform has its own rules on account registration, content and automation. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you create and publish complies with target-platform policies, and that your use of automation complies with platform rules and local law. Cangis is not responsible for the status of your accounts on any platform, including bans or throttling.
6. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party model services you configure yourself (e.g. OpenAI-compatible endpoints, Lovart, LibTV) and third-party platforms (e.g. Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Instagram). These services are operated independently by their providers; their availability, content moderation and data handling are outside Cangis's control.
7. Intellectual property
The Software (including code, interface, documentation and related assets) is owned by Cangis and its licensors. Content you create with the Software belongs to you (or the rights holder you represent); you grant the Software the non-exclusive rights necessary to perform functions such as publishing.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The Software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Cangis makes no express or implied warranties of fitness, accuracy or suitability for any purpose.
- AI-generated content may contain errors, bias or inaccuracies. Please review before publishing; you are solely responsible for disputes or losses arising from AI-generated content.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cangis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the Software or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or notified otherwise. You may stop using and uninstall the Software at any time; if you materially breach these terms, we may terminate your license to use the Software.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute to a competent court at Cangis's place of business.
