欢迎使用 Berise（以下简称"本软件"）。本软件由 Cangis 开发与维护。我们非常重视你的隐私。本政策说明本软件在本地收集、存储和使用哪些数据，以及你可以如何控制这些数据。
1. 我们收集哪些信息
本软件是一款桌面应用，绝大多数数据仅在你的设备本地处理。我们可能收集以下信息：
- 平台账号配置：你在软件中绑定的社交媒体平台账号信息，包括登录凭证（Cookie / Token / OAuth 授权信息），用于代表你执行发布、养号等自动化操作。
- 创作内容：你生成的选题、草稿、正文、配图、封面、视频素材、风格模板以及发布记录。
- 灵感与调研数据：通过灵感 Agent 搜索、提取和下载的公开网页内容与图片。
- 本地配置与日志：软件设置、模型配置以及运行日志，用于排障与功能正常运转。
2. 数据如何存储
上述数据默认全部存储在你的本机：
- 结构化数据（账号、素材、任务、配置等）保存在本地的 SQLite 数据库中。
- 账号凭证经加密后存储（vault 加密机制），不会以明文保存。
- 本软件不要求注册账号，也不会将你的内容或凭证上传到 Cangis 的任何服务器。
3. 数据如何使用
你的数据仅在你的设备上、由本软件调用你自行配置的大模型与发布通道完成以下用途：
- 内容创作：选题调研、文案生成、配图/封面生成、视频生成等。
- 多平台发布：使用你绑定的凭证，按你的指令向对应平台发布内容。
- 账号养号与数据统计：模拟真实使用行为养护账号，并汇总各平台公开返回的互动数据。
我们不会出售、出租或向第三方共享你的个人数据。你通过绑定功能授权访问的平台（如抖音、小红书、Instagram 等）会按照各平台自身的隐私政策处理你在其站内的数据，建议你查阅对应平台的隐私政策。
4. 与第三方服务的交互
为完成创作与发布，本软件需要：
- 将你的创作指令发送给你在"设置 → 模型配置"中自行指定的大模型服务商（如 OpenAI 兼容接口、Lovart、LibTV 等），该请求将携带你配置的模型 API Key 与提示词内容。
- 在发布/养号时，以你的账号凭证访问对应平台的网站或 API。该过程在你的设备本地完成（浏览器自动化），不经过 Cangis 的服务器。
5. 数据安全
我们采取以下措施保护你的数据：账号凭证使用加密存储；敏感操作仅在本地执行；不收集不必要的个人身份信息。需要说明的是，任何本地方案的绝对安全都取决于你设备本身的安全状态，请妥善保管设备与系统权限。
6. 数据的导出与删除
由于数据完全存储在你的本机：
- 你可以在软件内随时删除单个素材、草稿或任务记录。
- 卸载软件不会自动删除数据目录；删除本机上的数据目录（默认位于软件工作区 workspace 目录）即可彻底删除全部数据，该操作不可恢复，请谨慎操作。
7. 未成年人
本软件面向成年人及商业运营者。若你未满 18 周岁，请在监护人同意与指导下使用。
8. 政策更新
我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后，我们会在本页面公布最新版本并标注生效日期。重大变更会通过软件内提示通知你。继续使用本软件即表示你接受更新后的政策。

Welcome to Berise (the "Software"), developed and maintained by Cangis. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the Software collects, stores and uses locally, and how you can control it.
1. What information we collect
The Software is a desktop application, and the vast majority of your data is processed locally on your device. We may collect:
- Platform account configuration: social platform accounts you bind in the app, including login credentials (cookies / tokens / OAuth authorizations) used to run automation such as publishing and warming on your behalf.
- Created content: ideas, drafts, body text, images, covers, video assets, style templates and publishing records you generate.
- Ideation & research data: public web content and images searched, extracted and downloaded by the Inspiration Agent.
- Local configuration and logs: app settings, model configurations and runtime logs used for troubleshooting and normal operation.
2. How data is stored
By default, all of the above data is stored on your own machine:
- Structured data (accounts, assets, tasks, configuration) is kept in a local SQLite database.
- Account credentials are stored encrypted (vault encryption), never in plain text.
- The Software requires no account registration and does not upload your content or credentials to any Cangis server.
3. How data is used
Your data is used only on your device by the Software, through the models and publish channels you configure yourself, for:
- Content creation: ideation research, copywriting, image/cover generation and video generation.
- Multi-platform publishing: posting to the platforms you bind, using your credentials and following your instructions.
- Account warming and analytics: simulating realistic usage to warm accounts, and aggregating engagement data returned publicly by each platform.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. Platforms you authorize through binding (e.g. Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Instagram) process your on-platform data under their own privacy policies — please review those policies.
4. Interaction with third-party services
To create and publish content, the Software needs to:
- Send your creation instructions to the model providers you specify in Settings → Model Config (e.g. OpenAI-compatible endpoints, Lovart, LibTV). These requests carry the model API key and prompt text you configured.
- Access the target platforms' websites or APIs using your credentials during publishing/warming. This happens locally on your device (browser automation) and never passes through Cangis servers.
5. Data security
We protect your data by encrypting credentials at rest, running sensitive operations only locally, and not collecting unnecessary personal identifiers. Note that any local solution is only as secure as the device itself — please protect your device and system permissions.
6. Data export and deletion
Because your data lives entirely on your machine:
- You can delete individual assets, drafts or task records at any time in the app.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete the data directory. Deleting the data directory on your machine (default: the workspace directory) permanently removes everything. This cannot be undone, so proceed with care.
7. Minors
The Software is intended for adults and business operators. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's consent and guidance.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the latest version on this page with an effective date, and notify you of material changes in-app. Continuing to use the Software means you accept the updated policy.
